Activities

We offer a range of creative, physical and community-based activities to support your wellbeing, help you connect with others and discover things you enjoy.

Whether you’d like to get more active, try something creative, learn a new skill or simply spend time with others, our activities offer a welcoming and supportive space where you can explore what feels right for you.

Who our wellbeing activities support?

Working alongside local community providers, we offer opportunities for adults across Nottinghamshire to take part in activities that support mental health, physical wellbeing and social connection.

Our activities are open to adults who may be experiencing mental health challenges, feeling lonely or isolated, or looking for ways to improve their wellbeing and feel more connected to their community.

You don’t need to have any previous experience or be particularly sporty or creative. Our aim is to help you feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to take part at your own pace.

What to expect?

Our activities are a chance to try something new, explore your interests, improve your wellbeing and connect with others in a friendly, supportive environment. Whether you’re getting active or exploring your creative side, you can take part at your own pace, with no previous experience needed.

Browse the activities below to find something that feels right for you. If something interests you, simply complete the referral form at the bottom of this page.
