Couch to 5K is a structured running group open to everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level – in partnership with Runspire Nottingham. Whether you’ve never run before or are looking to get back into it, the programme takes a gradual and supportive approach to building endurance. Weekly sessions help participants progress step by step, combining walking and running intervals that develop over time. The programme finishes with a celebratory group 5K run, marking the achievement of everyone involved.
