Our BounceBack trampolining group is designed to bring people together through movement, wellbeing, and fun. Held weekly during term time, the sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience or ability. No prior trampolining experience is needed – just come along and enjoy bouncing in a safe, welcoming environment. It’s a great way to release energy, boost mood, and enjoy the benefits of gentle exercise. Each session also provides time to relax afterwards, chat with others, and connect over a drink in the café.
