Nottinghamshire Mind provides a range of services designed to foster social connection and enhance wellbeing. Our team is here to support and guide you through challenging times.

To access our Community Services – or our Supportive Listening programme – please complete the referral form below.

If you know which service you require, please select it from the list.  Our coordinator will then contact you to discuss how we can best support you.

We also accept referrals made on behalf of someone else, provided you have their consent.
