We all do our best work when we feel supported, understood and able to be ourselves.

Our mental health and wellbeing training helps you create and maintain an environment where people feel confident, valued and equipped to look after their wellbeing and each other.

Why Mental Health Training Matters?

Mental health affects every workplace, every team and every individual. When people are struggling, it can impact not only their wellbeing, but also confidence, performance and connection with others.

Behind every number is a person. Mental health and wellbeing training helps you respond with understanding, reduce stigma and create a culture where people feel safe to talk, supported to cope and able to stay well.

Our Mission

Our mission is to educate, empower and support people across Nottinghamshire by providing training that builds mental resilience for everyone.

We work closely with organisations to develop bespoke training programmes tailored to their specific needs and objectives.

Our training is flexible and accessible, delivered either in person or online and ranges from bite-size sessions to comprehensive bespoke one-day and two-day courses, with packages starting from £200.

Why Choose Us?

When you work with Nottinghamshire Mind, you’re working with people who truly understand the importance of mental health and the difference the right support can make.

Tailored to Your Organisation

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training.

Every workplace is different and so are the people within it. We take time to understand your organisation, your challenges and what you want to achieve, so we can create something that truly works for you.

Our approach is inclusive and adaptable. We can support language barriers, work confidently with neurodiverse groups, and ensure accessibility for people with physical disabilities, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Every programme is thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring everyone can fully engage and benefit.
