About this group:

Our Sherwood Café offers a welcoming space for connection, conversation, and support. Designed to bring people together, these sessions encourage friendly chat, shared experiences, and the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals within the community. Whether you want to talk, listen, or simply be around others, you are welcome here. We share wellbeing tips, interests, and skills in a relaxed and informal setting.

It’s OK not to be OK – you don’t have to be in a good mood to come along. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out or speaking to someone can make a real difference. While we hope everyone leaves feeling a little lighter than when they arrived, there is no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Drop-in, no referral needed

Things to know:

There is no pressure to talk or participate in group conversations.
You are welcome to come alone or with a friend. Stay for as little or as long as you feel comfortable.
