Art in Mind: Unplugged is a creative wellbeing session designed especially for young people aged 12–16. It’s a chance to put your phone down, take a breather and lose yourself in something creative.
This November, we’re exploring Neurographic Art, a cool, abstract drawing technique that transforms random, chaotic lines into flowing, interconnected designs. By softening sharp edges, rounding off intersections and blending colours, you’ll create your own unique piece of art while giving your mind the chance to slow down and switch off.
There are no rules to get right, no expectations and absolutely no artistic experience needed. Just come along, get creative and see where the lines take you.
What to expect:
A chance to step away from screens and everyday distractions.
Explore a new and exciting creative technique.
Enjoy some mindful downtime and a mental breather.
Express yourself without worrying about getting it perfect.
Take home your own original piece of artwork.
Parents and carers are welcome to stay or drop off, whatever works best for you and your young person.
