About this group:

This 8-week programme, delivered in partnership with Diversity Fitness, provides a welcoming and supportive introduction to exercise and wellbeing. Sessions are open to all abilities, including beginners and those returning to fitness after a break. Participants will be encouraged to work at their own pace while building confidence, improving fitness, and developing healthier routines.

Alongside the physical benefits of exercise, the programme also focuses on wellbeing, recognising the positive impact movement can have on mood, motivation, and mental health. There’s lots of encouragement and support given throughout the programme, helping participants feel comfortable and included from day one.

As part of this programme, participants can access all aspects of the gym’s facilities – except for courses and groups.
