#Well Supportive Listening
Sometimes we just need someone to listen, really listen, without the need for anything in return.
The Supportive Listening service gives a safe, friendly, confidential space for people to talk about their thoughts and feelings, aiding people in finding their own pathway to getting through those stressful times.
What to expect from #Well Supportive Listening?
You will be matched with a volunteer listener, who will listen and support you. Volunteer listeners won’t judge or give advice but will offer information and/or signposting where needed.
It must be noted that this service does not provide counselling or befriending. The aim is to provide a friendly ear and reflective listening for people who may feel they’re experiencing a setback and need a bit of gentle support to get back on track.
We offer supportive listening over the phone on 1-2-1 basis for up to 10 sessions.
