Our community services are aimed at encouraging community connectivity and increasing wellbeing skills.
Most of our services are open to anyone over the age of 18 in Nottinghamshire.

Informed
These 1-2-1 sessions are held face to face or over zoom with one of our recovery coaches. Your coach can help guide you through a difficult times on your wellbeing journey.
Community Groups
All our groups are open to adults who may be struggling with their mental health. We partner with a range of different community providers to bring you a number of options.
Supportive Listening
Supportive Listening offers a safe, friendly and confidential space for you to talk with a volunteer who'll listen. Without judgement.

Resilience & Stabilisation
R&S is available on referral from practitioners within Local Mental Health Teams at Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust
Counselling & Therapy
We offer professional, paid-for counselling in a safe and supportive environment.
Crisis Sanctuaries
A free service offering support, information and guidance to adults in or nearing a mental health crisis. (Opens NCS website)
