Our Learning Management Workshops could really help.
Everyone who is referred to our Resilience & Stabilisation Programme will be offered the opportunity to join one of our Learning Management Workshops. They are held regularly throughout Nottinghamshire so there should be one in your area.
What to expect from our Learning Mangement Workshops?
The groups are small for around 8 individuals and are facilitated by 2 of our trained Recovery Coaches. In a safe and calm environment, we will help you explore ways to cope with whatever you’re struggling with here & now.
This option will be discussed with you from the very first time we call, but if you feel it’s of interest, there’s no need to wait till then; please contact us via the ‘Get in Touch’ section of the R&S Hub, and one of our trained R&S Team will contact you as soon as we can.
