3rd Thursday of the month

Our Bereavement Café offers a welcoming space for conversation, connection, and support for anyone affected by grief or loss.

About this group:

Our Bereavement Café offers a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for anyone affected by grief or loss. Whether your bereavement is recent or something you have been carrying for some time, the café provides an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, or simply spend time in the company of people who understand.

There is no pressure to talk or explain how you are feeling – everyone experiences grief differently, and you are welcome exactly as you are. Sometimes just having a warm drink, a conversation, or being around others can help ease feelings of loneliness and isolation. Our aim is to create a compassionate environment where people feel heard, supported, and a little less alone.

Things to know:

There is no expectation to talk about your loss unless you want to.
Everyone experiences grief differently, and all feelings are welcome here.
You are welcome to come alone or with a friend. Stay for as little or as long as you feel comfortable.
