R&S Coordinator

Hours: 37 hrs per week

Salary: £26,493.48 (full time 37 hours) / £13.77 ph

Location: Hybrid

Contract: Permanent

Roles Available: 1

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, and dependable, with a calm and supportive way of working and the ability to adapt when priorities change. You enjoy working with people and helping teams feel supported in their day-to-day work. With strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of the service while keeping clients’ needs at the centre of what you do.

The role:

The coordinator plays a key role within R&S, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our service across Nottinghamshire to a wide range of clients. They will contribute to the process management and ongoing design of the service, whilst managing a team of recovery coaches. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of their direct reports, supporting both staff and operational systems to maintain high-quality outcomes.
