Marketing and Communications Manager

Hours: 37 hrs per week

Salary: £32,708 (full time 37 hours) / £ 17ph

Location: Hybrid – 2 days office based

Contract: Permanent

Roles Available: 1

About you:

We’re looking for an innovative and dynamic leader to drive our marketing and communications work – someone who can help us tell our story, celebrate the voices of those we support, and build understanding of mental health. The role:

At Nottinghamshire Mind we’re passionate about supporting people experiencing mental ill health, improving understanding, and amplifying the voices of those with lived experience. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we share that story and show the difference our work makes every day.

You will:
– lead and deliver an ambitious communications strategy that makes a real difference.
– shape how we tell our story and share the voices of those we support.
– plan and deliver engaging communications across digital, print, and media platforms.
– oversee branding, campaigns, media relations, and internal communications.
– work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to raise awareness and strengthen our community’s voice.
– ensure our messaging is consistent, accessible, and reflects our mission and values.

This is a creative and strategic role with real opportunity to influence how people see and understand mental health.
